Mrs Marian Pusey BSc (Hons)

Senior Lecturer in Food Science and Placement Manager (Food Courses)

Over 20 years experience working in the food industry, primarily the dairy sector, in both product development and commercial positions.

Product development skills and knowledge of industrial and retailer own brand and branded developments from formulation to product launch covering cheese, yogurt, whey products and butterfat. The functional testing and application of  dairy ingredients to fully evaluate their scope.

7 years lecturing experience at Reaseheath College, prior to joining Harper Adams University, managing the Eden Foundation degree in Dairy Technology, a unique collaboration between the UK dairy industry and the college. Extensive knowledge of the UK food manufacturing industry with a wide network of contacts.
