Welcome to the Online Enrolment facility for Harper Adams University based courses.

You will not be able to start the enrolment process until you have been instructed how to do so by the Admissions and Registry team.

New students

If your place has already been unconditionally confirmed you will receive information regarding enrolment via e-mail from mid-July. If you have results or other information pending, details will be sent within two weeks of your place being confirmed.

Returning students

If you are a returning student you will be eligible to enrol online and will be sent e-mail notification to your student e-mail account in August with information on when and how you need to enrol.

If you are subject to reassessments or are in debt to the University, you will not be permitted to re-enrol, until you are eligible to proceed (which will be confirmed by the Exams Office) or have either paid, or made arrangements, to pay debts with the Finance Office. When you log in you will not be able to see the re-enrolment option. If you do not see the enrolment link, but believe you should, please contact the Admissions and Student Records (Registry) team using the details below.

The enrolment process

The enrolment process should take no longer 10 minutes. You will be required to confirm that the information that we currently hold about you is correct, make changes where necessary, confirm your course details and agree to the University's enrolment agreement and regulations.

Before you start, you should have to hand:

  • your current address and telephone details
  • your term time address if you are living off campus
  • your car details (if you are bringing a car to campus)
  • details of who you will register as your emergency contact
  • new students should also be aware that they will be required to upload a photograph for their ID card at the end of the process.

Once you have completed the online process remember to regularly log back in to the Harper Portal to access your Harper Adams student e-mail account as all updates and information will be sent to this.

You MUST still attend your notified registration event as you are not fully registered as a Harper Adams student until you have signed in person to confirm your attendance. This will also trigger the release of any Student Finance payments.

Students should refer to their invitation to enrol correspondence for deadlines.
